Sanakin®
Sanakin® (ACRS) serum is one of the latest complementary laboratory methods available to patients who wish to maximize the success of fertility treatment. It is an autologous conditioned serum rich in cytokines, which play a key role in optimizing reproductive functions, reducing inflammation, and supporting the success of the IVF process.
What is Sanakin® Serum?
- Autologous conditioned serum rich in cytokines obtained from the patient’s own blood.
- A substance with strong anti-inflammatory and regenerative effects that supports IVF success.
- The serum contains multiplied biologically active proteins (anti-inflammatory interleukins) and growth factors.
At Prague Fertility Centre, the serum is administered exclusively into the uterus.
Who is Sanakin® (ACRS) suitable for?
- Patients who have experienced several unsuccessful embryo transfers.
- Women with thin endometrium (problematic uterine lining).
- Patients with diagnosed chronic endometritis. Following antibiotic treatment, Sanakin® helps optimize the endometrial microenvironment.
Sanakin® Serum provides innovative support in IVF treatment and may improve the prospects of achieving pregnancy.
Sanakin® Application Procedure
- Consultation — the first step is a consultation with our IVF specialist, who will select suitable complementary treatment methods tailored to each patient.
- Blood collection — during the cycle in which embryo transfer is planned, a nurse collects a blood sample from a vein.
- Blood incubation — the sample is processed to stimulate the production of anti-inflammatory substances. The process takes approximately 3 hours, during which the blood remains in contact with special glass beads in a Sanakin® tube at 37°C.
- Sanakin® Serum administration — the serum is introduced into the uterine cavity using a thin catheter on the same day the blood sample is collected. According to the physician’s recommendation, the procedure may be repeated.
